Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Ninetynine TCG. This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations work for orders placed through our store.

Sealed Products

Because the value of trading card game products depends on the packaging remaining factory sealed and untampered with, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any product once it has been opened, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@ninetyninetcg.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs where applicable.

Change of Mind Returns

If a sealed, unopened item simply isn't what you wanted, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unopened and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Preorders

Preorder items are charged at the time of order and are produced or allocated in limited quantities. Because of this, preorders can be cancelled for a full refund only before the item ships. Once a preorder has shipped, our standard sealed product policy above applies.

Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards, digital items, and any product marked as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Start a Return or Refund Request

Email hello@ninetyninetcg.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within 10 business days of us confirming it, please check with your bank or card provider first, as processing times vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at hello@ninetyninetcg.com.
