We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy the item(s) in your cart at the listed price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, in which case you will be refunded in full. All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are charged at the time of order.

Pricing and Product Information

We work hard to keep prices, descriptions, and availability accurate, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you before proceeding and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Preorders

Preorder items are sold ahead of their official release and are charged at the time of order. Release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and distributors and may change without notice; we'll keep you updated if a release date shifts.
